Greta's tuna pasta
Greta and I used to sit on the floor watching Friends on TV and eating kilos of this stuff. It's really quick and really tasty and, luckily for us, fairly healthy.
1 large can tuna (in oil, preferably - it really tastes so much better)
1 small jar capers, chopped a little
4 cloves garlic, sliced very finely
1 bunch curly leaf parlsey, chopped
juice of one lemon
olive oil
cracked black pepper
2/3 packet pasta (bows work well)
Cook the pasta, drain and rinse. Mix in all other ingredients. Go crazy.
