Stephanie Alexander’s Potato Salad
125g bacon, diced
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons seed mustard
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Pinch salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives

These are recipes I love and I hope you will too. Most of them are very simple and all of them are delicious. Not all of them have precise measurements, for which I apologise, but you should be able to wing it. Enjoy!

When I moved to NYC I had to leave my Stephanie Alexander book at home. Last night I wanted to make her potato salad and found your blog. Thank you very much it was a great help to be able to find this great recipe online.
You'll be pleased to know that her banana cake is here too then. I had to leave mine in Australia too. It's very sad.
it's cheap on amazon, if you're in the us i'd say it's worth investing in a new one!
